To ensure our clients have a complete and consistently presented set of documents for their solution we have developed a client documentation package.  This package represents a common framework of documents that are then updated where appropriate to reflect each solution.

Each document package is contained to a single directory (and subdirectory tree) and accessed easily via a powerpoint presentation set up to act like a minature document management website.

A complete consultant documentation package has been developed to support training of Oracle DP developers and implementors.  In conjunction with hands-on training with a complete and representative DP environment, Cheshire is able to offer the same training to others that it uses internally.
